Camp Winadu Sports - Speed Training and Fitness

Our dedicated coach works with boys to increase their sport-specific speed in our Speed Training program.
New studies show that strength training and conditioning are beneficial to children. By learning proper techniques for stretching and strength training, this program helps our campers build stronger muscles and tendons thus helping their overall ability while giving an extra measure of protection against injury.
Campers can participate in our strength and conditioning program 2-3 times per week as part of normal camp scheduling. Our highly qualified staff establishes specific age and size appropriate programs for individual campers. Participants are encouraged to continue with a strength and conditioning program throughout the year.
