Camp Winadu Sports - Fitness & Strength Conditioning and Speed Training

Camp Winadu has partnered with E3Sports Performance Training to develop the most sophisticated fitness &
strength conditioning program in camping. The E3 Program is a new approach to athletic development and
injury prevention that is a perfect complement to our philosophy. The E3 program is based on techniques
designed for Olympic athletes and modified for youth athletes. The E3 system involves very little weight
training and no machinery. It utilizes very simple equipment and the athlete's own body to improve agility,
speed, and strength while decreasing the incidence of injury. Camp Winadu is proud to be the first camp to
have E3Sports-trained and certified staff members.
Campers can participate in our E3Sports program 2-3 times per week during our normal camp schedule,
and choose more frequent sessions as part of our elective program. Our staff establishes specific age
and size appropriate programs for individual campers. Our trainers also work with boys to help with
their sport-specific needs.
